Hi everyone, I love working in our 'fantastic' Library here at KNS. I have the best job in the school (don't tell anyone). Come in to read, use the computers, play in the games room, 'explore' in the Maori Cultural Room, colour/draw, use the listening post and so much more..... We are getting new books all the time into our Library - make sure you keep checking our 'new book' stand and also our 'as featured on the KNS Library Blog' stand. Be sure to read them and write a review! Mrs Lynskey

HORN OF AFRICA FAMINE
Thousands of people from northern Kenya, Somalia and Ethiopia (the Horn of Africa) are suffering due to a lack of rain, which has ruined crops and dried up all water supplies. There is no food for them to eat or for their animals. They are surviving off international aid.
Look on a map to see where the Horn of Africa is. Mrs Lynskey has been to Kenya.
